Upon adding the songs, the app effortlessly recognizes them and displays any cover art associated with the tracks on the main layout, enhancing the visual experience. Furthermore, the app allows users to modify songs from YouTube or Soundcloud by adding effects and downloading the modified version directly to their computer, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Music Player distinguishes itself by allowing you to manipulate your music in real time through pitch-shifting, time-stretching, and reversing features. It features a comprehensive set of functionalities, including EQ and FX menus that enable users to fine-tune audio filters and effects to their preferences. Additionally, the player includes a MIDI Synth section, which allows users to personalize and tailor the controls of their synthesizer to suit their specific needs and creative vision.
Music Player can be a bit temperamental and sluggish at times and has a few issues processing links from YouTube or SoundCloud in a timely manner. But even though it can be slow, once your music is queued, the adjustment capabilities are fun to play around with, making it a decent free and Open Source music player.
