MSEdgeRedirect works by filtering and passing the command line arguments of Microsoft Edge processes into your default browser instead of hooking into the microsoft-edge: handler. By doing it that way, it should provide resiliency against future changes.

MSEdgeRedirect is a K.I.S.S. app, meaning that there are no steps for use, just set and forget. If you are looking for something to use on older Windows builds, then EdgeDeflector is a good choice.
