Today we have a roundup of several microphones from Movo for a variety of budgets, ranging from the affordable $49.95 USD VXR10-PRO supercardioid shotgun microphone to the $124.95 VSM-7 studio XLR condenser microphone for more serious recording and streaming.

After working with two Movo products already, I had high expectations of the VSM-7. And I must say that it performed admirably. I found the sound to be more on the natural and warm side coming out of this 34mm gold-sputtered diaphragm condenser microphone, especially in cardioid and bidirectional modes. The omnidirectional settings opened up the mic to the room and seemed to pick a bit more ambient noise, as it's supposed to, I guess. No matter what your plans for the VSM-7 are, however, I highly suggest picking up a good quality mixer with the proper connectors and power requirements.
