Monitor Plus manages the brightness, contrast, and color (temperature) of the primary monitor on the fly.

Monitor Plus is portable and sits in the tray. You can right-click and choose many modes, including cinema, text, web, game, and more. From there, you can manually adjust the brightness and contrast a little more to suit your needs.
