Macrovision, a compagny that produces anti-copy mechanisms, is joining a lawsuit against 321 Studios because the compagny's copy tools(DVD X Copy) can also copy Macrovisions protection technology and therefore they find that its a violation of the DMCA(which forbids distribution of tools that break through digital copyright locks).
