The Unifying receiver allows you to connect multiple compatible keyboards and mice to a laptop or desktop computer with a single USB receiver. The Logitech G900 is a professional-grade gaming mouse. The identified vulnerabilities are complex and would require a hacker to be physically close to their target, making this an unlikely path of attack. But Logitech is still making the updates available out of an abundance of caution.

This firmware update is being publicized again due to the potential for recently bought products not being patched.
