They are named so you know what you need. 32-bit and 64-bit pre-Anniversary update are inside one and the other is for 64-bit only and is a beta for post anniversary update. It was tested and worked here.For 32-bit and 64-bit run install.cmd as Administrator.For 64-bit post anniversary simply choose install or restore.
