Libxml2 2.13.0 released

Libxml2 2.13.0 has been released with several key improvements, including the ability to reliably report malloc failures, the addition of additional API functions for error handling, improved error messages, and the removal of HTTP POST functionality. Additionally, in order to enable support for zlib, liblzma, and HTTP, you must specify "-with-zlib," "-with-lzma," or "-with-html" when configuring.Several legacy symbols were deprecated, and users of the previous "SAX1" API functions were advised to update to the new "SAX2" API. Some deprecated global variables have been made constant, including htmlDefaultSAXHandler, oldXMLWDcompatibility, xmlDefaultSAXHandler, xmlDefaultSAXLocator, and xmlParserDebugEntities.
