LeoMoon CPU-V is a portable option for verifying if your machine supports virtualization technology.

Once extracted and launched, it compiles details by viewing CPU, operating system architecture, and VT-x status. It then provides a simple display window letting your whether or not your machine supports VT technology.

LeoMoon CPU-V will also detect if Hardware Virtualization is enabled in BIOS and if Intel Trusted Execution is enabled. LeoMoon CPU-V does get some hits in VT but this can be attributed to what the app does to obtain the information.
