New Features for Users
-Tooltips are now positioned relative to the mouse pointer.
-The text of Klips and items can now be copied to the clipboard by hovering over a Klip or an item within a Klip and pressing "Ctrl+c". Note that -KlipFolio must be in focus for this to take place.
-Klip setup dialogs now display an hourglass cursor when a user cannot interact with components due to script activity.
New Features for Klip Providers
-KlipFolio now attempts to automatically identify your Klip's codepage based on its ISO language code.
-Klips can now use "utf7" and "utf8" for their ISO language code.
-Support for HTTP HEAD requests.
-Support for HTTP 1.1 Range header download partial data.
-Support for "maxsize" property to limit HTTP download sizes.
-New text area control for Klip setup.
-Scriptable access to current KF language & codepage.

-Improved language pack support. -Browser list in preferences now updates correctly to reflect language choice.
-Fixed an issue where clicking the Preferences button at the exact wrong moment might result in a crash.
-KlipFood engine now no-longer incorrectly identifies data files under 1024 bytes as URLs. -Tooltips are now far less likely to steal focus from other windows or appear behind Klips.
-Tab-navigation now works in most customized Windows environments.
-Improved operation of KlipFolio in multi-monitor environments.
-Disconnected state saved between sessions. -More complete keyboard control for manipulating lists such as the Klip list.
-Keyword alerts exactly matching the text of an item now trigger an alert.
-Permanetly deleting items from within their own onClick and onDelete handlers no longer crashes KlipFolio (and works).
