KeepAwake allows you to keep a machine awake indefinitely and will come in handy when using another user's machine.
If you are using someone else's machine for whatever reason, it can become a nuisance when having to deal with it locking, requiring you to log back in, etc.; KeepAwake remedies this by eliminating the process by keeping the machine awake for as long as the app is active.
There are no configurations for this portable app; its icon resides in the systray, letting you know it is running, and that's it. Once running, you can complete the job without worrying about getting locked out. Simple.
