Kdenlive 24.12.2 marks the second maintenance release of the 24.12 cycle, featuring bug fixes for crashes, UI resizing issues, effect stack behavior, proxy clip handling, rendering progress display, and enhancements to Speech-to-text in Flatpak and macOS packages. Significant updates encompass the resolution of crashes, the expansion of library clips, the resizing of effect stack widgets, the activation of the built-in effects reset button, and the accurate reassembly of proxy profile elements. Furthermore, adjustments have been made to the spinbox range for title position and size, the rendering progress is now displayed when rendering a zone, and issues with invalid file names in custom effects have been addressed.
