Kdenlive 24.12.1 released

Kdenlive 24.12.1 has been released and marks the first maintenance release of the 24.12 series, concentrating on refining built-in effects, rectifying issues related to bin effects and the effect stack, and tackling recent crashes. The update resolves issues related to hiding tracks in sequences, ensures the preservation of tags and markers when reloading proxy clips, and addresses challenges with Whisper model downloads and the installation of Python virtual environment (venv) on certain Linux distributions. Additional enhancements consist of guaranteeing that sequence clips in the timeline remain unchanged in size when a track is hidden, resolving issues related to XML parameters, track resizing, bin effects, and transparent rendering profiles.
