Hi, I would be grateful if you would post a bad BIOS warning for the K7N420 MSI NFORCE board. The BIOS is the latest 2.5. They have changed the RAM timings!

Some can not load hp defaults, but it has also killed some so they don't boot at all. See MSI forum for more details
