Some time ago ReactorCritical performed an interview with Janita Willems from Club3D's sales department. The interview is about establishing a new brand in the european market and the 'controversy' of selling Nvidia, ATI and SiS based products at the same time. The interesting part is that Mrs. Willems gave away some neat ATI related information: New solutions powered by ATI, such as the RV250 and the R300 will be announced during Computex 2002. Mass production is expected in August 2002, R300 will be announced a week after RV250. The RV250 GPU features integrated Hardware MPEG in the chip and also VIVO functionality will be implemented. R300 is expected to have three times higher performance compared to the competitors.
