Just spotted this bit of Info over at TechReport

TecChannel has uncovered presentations that reveal juicy details on Intel's upcoming "CT" 64-bit extensions. Based on the leaked presentation slides, it looks like CT may be limited to Intel's Xeon processors. The presentation slides promise transparent 32/64-bit compatibility and claim that NVIDIA already has Forceware drivers available for the platform.
