Intel is preparing their new Core i9 range of processors, and while the flagship Core i9-7980XE gets all of the attention, there will be a 16C/32T chip at $1699, the Core i9-7960X. Now there's some results of the upcoming Core i9-7960X on Geekbench, but the new 16C/32T processor isn't shaping up so well, scoring 5238 in single-core results, while hitting 33,672 in multi-core.
