Image Racer is a fast graphics viewer designed to be small enough to take on a portable drive with you.If all you want is an image viewer, then this fits the bill, but like almost every viewer, some features have been added. These features can be docked to the side and are known as the Toolbox. The layout isn't the best with categories that include File, Import, View, Image, and Gimmicks. As you click on various things, you tend to get lost in the menu, but it is, after all, designed to be a viewer.The primary functions, besides viewing, include showing all pictures of a folder as thumbnails, a Save-As-function, e-mail sending, copy to clipboard, animated Gif support, rotate or mirror, greyscale, red-eye reduction, crop selection, and even the ability to play videos.There is no help file built-in, probably to cut down on size. They do provide a link to their quick start guide in PDF format here.Overall, if you're looking for a simple image viewer but find that you occasionally need to crop, rotate, or remove red-eye, Image Racer fits the bill. Inntal Software has another, similar viewer called Little Image Viewer that allow you to find embedded pictures in audio files and extract them.
