Ikarus T3 Commandline Scanner will offer to extract all of the files for you. Be sure you know where they are as you're going to need the Command Prompt or Powershell next. Finally, download the latest Ikarus definitions and extract to the same folder. Don't forget this step.

From here, your best bet is to run T3 Commandline Scanner so you can get a list of switches. There are seven or eight options and special options. You're going to need these so skim the list. For example, by default, scanning will be done in simulation mode, so the -n switch will be handy later.

Ikarus T3 Commandline Scanner is only designed to scan and remove infections. It is not an antivirus program.
