I managed to overclock my Athlon 1.4 to a whopping 1562 mhz on a 142.06 mhz bus speed on my KT7A-RAID motherboard... No Hardware modifications where made to either the CPU or motherboard. I stress tested for 30 mins on Prime 95, and 4 tests of 3DMark2001 and it was 100% stable. I reached this final top speed after using the same settings at higher speed unsucessfully. 143-145 FSB got in to windows but failed stress testing...
