Hot Pop Factory, a posh Toronto and semi-hipster company that designs and prints 3D printed jewelry, has created a thing of uncommon beauty: a personalized PEZ dispenser!
How do they do it? Magic.
Just kidding, here is how it really goes down:
First they 3D scan your noggin using software from ReconstructMe and an Xbox Kinect sensor. Once printed (using none other than a Makerbot Replicator), the models are then tweaked using MeshMixer tool from Autodesk. And finally the little PEZ heads attach to a PEZ dispenser and viola! You now ready to enjoy eating candy from your own face.
