HIS Radeon HD 2600 PRO IceQ 512MB Review
One area that the HIS Radeon HD 2600 PRO IceQ 512MB shines in is it's Multi-media capabilities. Two Gold plated (with black inlay) Dual Link DVI ports and an included ATI DVI to HDMI adapter are just the start of a great card for High Definition HTPC duty, and offers an air of stack system hi-fi authority in appearance. The UVD (Universal Video Decoder) Engine makes light work of H.264 and (apparently) VC-1, which means you don't need a killer CPU for video decoding; the cheaper video card can do most of the work and let you put the extra cash towards paying for an expensive Blu-ray or less expensive HD-DVD drive.
