You are given a simple UI to work with, organized into two areas of interest, basic and advanced. The basic shortcut option gives you shortcut items like locking your machine, switching user accounts, shutdown/hibernating/restarting, etc. The advanced option provides shortcut creation for starting Windows Defender, Windows DVD Maker, Flip3D, safely removing hardware, etc.

All options have a Create button. Choose what you need, hit Create, and the shortcut appears on your desktop. A simple option for shortcut creation for your regularly used actions.
