This was just sent in by one of our readers.
It would be fantastic if you could post these threads as an update on your website and this following letter to Bungie and fans, as this is an important problem that is happening with Halo 2: "It was said Halo 2 supports 16:9, but yet on two 30 Inch Widescreen HDTVs I own, the image is not properly aligned. In 480p mode, the radar, health bar, grenande area, etc all go to the sides of the TV. And the black letter boxes never show.
In 480i mode, everything looks fine.
More and more HDTV users are noticing this problem... obviously not those with hugely expensive LCDs, because they are obvious fixed pixel displays.
However, clearly there are XBOX games that are universally supported on all HDTV Widescreen sets, such as Enter the Matrix, Everything orNothihng, Azurik, and others that don't have this problem.
I ask that you look into this as there is clearly many users whothought they were getting 16:9 support, and now have these problems.
And hopefully it may be resoved, somehow in a downloadable content update."
I encourage those having problems to voice their problems at Bungie.net and TeamXBOX and even shout out an email to Bungie directly or Microsoft.
Many thanks!
