Things can get confusing if you use multiple platforms for email/contacts - Especially when working from home.

gSyncit enables you to sync your Outlook calendars, contacts, notes, and tasks with your account with mobile devices through supported cloud services.

gSyncit supports Toodledo, Todoist, Evernote, Nozbe iCloud, AOL, Yahoo! and many other services that support CardDav and CalDav access, but it does its best work syncing up with Google.

The program supports two-way syncing, color coding of calendar events, and removing duplicate entries. Some controls are in place for deciding what you want to sync based on time, keyword, and content.

gSyncit (pro) also supports multiple Outlook profiles with various online accounts

After installing the program shows up as a new tab in your outlook. You then start adding your cloud accounts to the settings. It's not that hard, but there are some nuances. I'd recommend looking at the Authors Guide if you get stuck.
