GPU-Z Portable via PortableApps is a lightweight video card utility designed to give you all information about your video card and GPU. Installer is also available.

GPU-Z Portable supports NVIDIA, ATI, and Intel graphics cards. It will display the adapter, GPU, and display information. It can also show overclocking, default clocks, and 3D clocks. GPU-Z Portable also includes a GPU load test to verify the PCI-Express lane configuration.

GPU-Z Portable provides validation of results, can create a backup of your graphics card BIOS and requires no installation, although an optional installer is available.
