Google Video goes multiplatform, gets exclusive content

Google has thrown in an upgrade to its Video search service by doing away with the requirement for a browser plugin. Now Windows, OSX and Linux users alike will be able to play, control and resize their videos without downloading anything. Previously only Windows users could watch the videos from the search engine. Moreover Google Video has announced that, between Monday and Thursday this week, visitors would be able to watch the series premiere of UPN's latest sitcom "Everybody Hates Chris," starring the voice of Chris Rock.
