Taiwan-based Gigabyte Technology on August 13 announced its new Pentium 4 Titan GT platform series.
Based on Intel?s 865PE chipset, the Titan GT series support up to 800Mhz FSB (front-side-bus) and Hyper-Threading Technology Pentium 4 processors and feature dual-channel DDR400 memory, the AGP 8x graphic interface, Serial ATA (SATA) interface and Intel?s Pro Gigabit LAN controller. The new motherboards also adopt Gigabyte?s overclocking technologies: CPU intelligent accelerator (CIA), which automatically adjusts CPU power during the execution of software programs, and memory intelligent booster (MIB), which boosts data transmission among the CPU, north bridge and memory.
