FreezeToStock allows you to freeze (pause) non-essential processes and services in a simple manner.

This Open Source utility will be useful for gamers who need every bit of their computer's resources to run smoothly, for instance. Still, it will have practical uses for any user wanting a little more out of their machine while using an app.

What FreezeToStock essentially does is act as a temporary debloater. This debloating equates to freezing processes and services that are not needed while gaming, etc. All changes are temporary, so when not needed, everything is returned to normal unless you chose to stop services, more on that below. You will notice some future features greyed out on the interface like Thaw Active Window and Unthaw/Rethaw Processes; these will be released soon.

Using FreezeToStock is simple; there is a big button labeled Freeze System. Below that button, you have the option to Freeze Services and processes with a sub-action of Stopping Services instead of pausing. Keep in mind, if you stopped services instead of pausing them, you will be required to restart them after your game session manually - so this feature should be left to more experienced users.
