Fill Rate Problems in Detonator 40.41

When benchmarking my graphics using 3DMark2002 SE with both Detonator 40.41 and Detonator 31.00, I came across a rather odd inconsistency with the fill rate test on my Leadtek Geforce 4 ti4600.

Detonator 40.41:
Fill Rate (Single-Texturing) : 645.1 MTexels/s
Fill Rate (Multi-Texturing) : 644.5 MTexels/s

Detonator 31.00:
Fill Rate (Single-Texturing) : 1203.7 MTexels/s
Fill Rate (Multi-Texturing) : 2495.2 MTexels/s As you can see by these figures, something is seriously wrong, as other tests run the way they are supposed to. On Detonator 40.41, the fillrate test runs so poorly, as though I was using an S3 Virge or something, hardly at the level it is meant to be at.
