Far Cry's lower image quality on NVIDIA cards - It's no bug! Translated:

We have extracted the pixel and vertex shader of Far Cry running on the R3xx
and running on the NV3x. If you look at the results, you can clearly see,
whenever Far Cry detects an NV3x it uses a different set of shaders. There
are more 1.1 shader on the NV3x, which reduces the image quality, because if you look at the images under this news, on looks good and the other shows artifacts. However both were done on the R3xx, on in the usual way, the other with 3D-Analyze forcing the NVIDIA VendorID.
