BetasIntercom informed us about the following release:

eSQLManager Light Edition 0.37

Stephan Oudmaijer and Jarno Walgemoed's Errorsoft is small company which provides cutting-edge solutions, from application development to web enabling.

eSQLManager is a database front-end for MySQL.

eSQLManager, formerly known as JMySQL, is a graphical database front-end for the MySQL database server. MySQL is the world's most used open-source database server. Unfortunately MySQL doesn`t deliver their database server with an easy to use graphical user interface like Access for example does. That's why Errorsoft has created eSQLManager. Errorsoft now offers the tool you need to fully incorporate the power of your MySQL database.

Read More With eSQLManager you can:

- Manage data

- Create tables/databases/fields

- Manage user and access rights on your database

- Import and Export data to and from other databases

- Manage processes

- and much more...

The eSQLManager LE (Light Edition) is free and available for download.

eSQLManager Launched!

Today Errorsoft released the a new version of their Database Management software formerly known as JMySQL. Due to expansions within Errorsoft, the name JMySQL will no longer be used. Currently Errorsoft is working towards a platform independant all-round database administration tool. Future versions of eSQLManager will include support for PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL-Server, which makes the JMySQL name seem inappropriate. JMySQL will now and in the future be released under the title eSQLManager. This release includes several bugfixes over the last JMySQL release and is not just a namechange release. We recommend to upgrade or install the latest version for best performance. Notice we also have a release available for MacOS X or higher.

In the near future Errorsoft is focused on creating a tool that makes editing data in databases a breeze, and we are looking into supporting various database techniques. Errorsoft is also working on a graphical design tool, to allow users to graphically create a database model, before generating it onto a server.

Needless to say, keep your eyes open for future Errorsoft releases!

Errorsoft currently releases the eSQLManager free of charge. We are still working hard on expansions and new features for the software but to be able to keep on doing this we need support from our users. Please show a token of your appreciation by donating us money so we can handle the costs that come with the producing this software. By supporting Errorsoft you also support future releases of eSQLManager, and ensure that user support will improve. If you want to donate, go to the official web-site.

We can also use your advertising. Tell your friends about eSQLManager and link to us from your websites. We have a small logo/banner you can place on your website.

And finally, we hope you enjoy using eSQLManager as much as we enjoy making it.
