Enable or Disable File History contains the registry files to disable or enable (default) File History in Windows 10. You can also make the changes yourself, as explained here.

Download Enable or Disable File History and extract the two files.

Double-click File History - Disable.reg or File History - Enable.reg (Default).

Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
Click Yes when prompted by Registry Editor.

Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor.
