EmoCheck is a portable Open Source tool designed to help detect if Emotet malware is present on your machine.

Emotet generates their process name from a specific word dictionary and C drive serial. EmoCheck will quickly scan the running process on the host, and find the Emotet process from their process name. EmoCheck provides a report detailing what was found and where. From there, you will need to remove the malware by using a malware removal app such as Malwarebytes.
