Struggling german PC hardware and peripherals manufacturer Elsa AG announced today that the company has filed for insolvency after lender banks shut off credit facilities and demanded repayment of outstanding loans. Earlier this month, Elsa said its banks had terminated a 28 million euros ($24.43 million) credit line. It said it was now unable to meet its obligations.
