Drop is a company we mainly know for their mechanical keyboard and we've actually taken a look a quite a few of them over the past couple of years. Earlier this year at CES, Drop showed us something a little different which had me a little intrigued. It was a small set of desktop speakers or as they are calling them nearfield monitors. I would say at least for most PC users speakers really have taken a backseat, but with so many people working from home there has been a resurgence for speakers, especially smaller ones that will fit on a simple work from home setup. The BMR1 Nearfield Monitors could be the perfect thing for that or someone looking for a solid set of desktop speakers that won't really break the bank.
