Dr. Geo provides a stimulating platform intended to help kids (or anyone) explore, design and manipulate interactive geometric sketches.



Dr. Geo enables users to create geometric figures, called sketches, and also to manipulate them interactively, observing assigned geometric constraints. It also offers provides you with a gentle path into programming. Dr. Geo's user interface is designed with a combination of simplicity and ease of use but with advanced capabilities included.
Dr.Geo will first allow you to get acquainted with the basic functions of the software by way of a straightforward interface. Then, as you progress, the more advanced aspects of the interface and the capabilities of Dr.Geo will become apparent, such as multiple methods of construction of each kind of object, construction, multiple recording, scripts, Smalltalk sketches, and inheritance of Smalltalk.

Using Dr. Geo will permit you to generate numerous complex figures with the added ability to manipulate control points allowing you to warp the figure to the desired effect. Additionally, if you need more, there is also the option to use custom scripts to produce an even more complex figure. Any figures produced with Dr. Geo can be exported via the BMP file format.
