The programs does place 2 shortcuts on your desktop; one to the official website and another for ?free credit card reviews?. You can delete them. It's borderline adware due to some links that can be shown in the program but I feel better calling it freeware as nothing is forced on you. Once again, this should run on all operating systems and we had no issues under Windows 7.
