Owing to the production technology devlopment the DDR2 SDRAM begins its conquering journey slowly, but don?t forget all about conventional DDR memories. In our actual test we pick out RAMs from the all segments of the market to find out to whom which is the best choice. We have gotten noname module assembled with 333 MHz Infineon chip and 400 MHz Samsung, Corsair and GeIL modules just as 500 MHz Kingmax and A-Data modules, so we can say we pick up modules from all sides. We used a Biostar P4TSE version 1.1 mainboard and a Pentium 4 3.20 GHz Northwood processor without a multiplier lock for testing
