Extract the files, right-click on "Disable Automated Tasks.bat" and select "Run as Administrator." A reboot is required.

Should you change your mind, open your batch file in Windows and search and replace Disable to Enable. You can do this by opening the batch file in Notepad, click on Edit, Replace and type in disable under "Find What" and Disable under "Replace with."
