Disable Windows 10 Lock Screen accomplishes this by making some registry modifications. Two scripts are included, DisableLockScreen.reg and EnableLockScreen.reg if you change your mind. As always, backing up your registry first is a good idea.

Double-click on DisableLockScreen.reg and click Yes when prompted. Repeat this step if you change your mind later.
