Download 'Disable Game Recording and Broadcasting in Windows 10' from MajorGeeks.
Double-click Disable Windows Game Recording Broadcasting.reg or Enable Windows Game Recording Broadcasting.reg (Default).
Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
