Dell have released a new PowerDVD patch v2621. It's dated: 3/20/2003. However it appears to be for bundled Dell versions only as the retail build is 4.0.0.2417. PowerDVD patch version 2621 for 4.0.13.2409 and 4.0.13c.2409 of Cyberlink PowerDVD.
