The Dell EMC PowerEdge R750 was launched in March as Dell Technologies revamped most of their server lineup with fresh AMD and Intel models. The timing of the launch was a little odd as Dell wanted to launch all of the systems together to show off the portfolio, but Intel hadn't yet announced Gen3 Xeon. That put our R750 review in a bit of limbo as well, since we had the pre-production system, but not the final firmware or CPUs.
