Delete Stubborn Folders is a batch file to delete folders that you can't remove with normal methods.
Delete Stubborn Folders uses the Robocopy command, a file, or folder replication command-line command.
Using the batch file with PowerShell, we can add a basic graphical user interface to save you the trouble of typing everything out, which is rather complicated.
Right-click on Delete Stubborn Folders.bat and choose Run as administrator.
Select the folder to be deleted.
Press D to delete, C to cancel, or use the X in the top-right corner to close.
If successful, you will see a final window, which you can close.
Any folders that are deleted are permanently gone and not recoverable from the Recycle Bin.
If this does not work for you, millions have had success with Unlocker Portable.
