When in use, ContextMenuNormalizer takes the default light-colored highlighting and changes it to dark. Not only changing light to dark, but it also fixes inconsistent context menu separators in Windows 11.

The changes take place immediately. ContextMenuNormalizer only runs for milliseconds at startup, and it includes within the download options for command line install/uninstall.
