However, we thought there was a bit of a trick to getting started, although it's probably obvious to most. As we moved the mouse around, we couldn't figure out how to save the color. After reading the "getting started" on the website we discovered CTRL+G was the secret. We then tried "New" without luck. Finally, we had a duh moment and realized you needed to click one of the 16 chip boxes, select a color, and then click CTRL+G to save it. It's super easy, once you have CTRL+G down pat.ColorPic has many options once you've chosen your color. Adjust hue, saturation, value, see percentages, magnification and even change the color by a pixel or two with the arrow keys.We've got quite a few color selection tools on MajorGeeks, but we think ColorPic is the best we've seen. You can choose a color anywhere and adjust it, but even better it comes with plenty of predefined colors to discover a color you didn't know you wanted.Download
