Cobbler is a note-taking application that stores sensitive notes in a tiny fixed-size encrypted and authenticated container.
Because Cobbler is portable and needs to save a dat file, you might want to extract Cobble to its own folder. You will create a password on the first run. Make sure you remember that password because you could lock yourself out.
Cobbler works similar to µNote because there are no saving options. Instead, Cobbler will autosave as you go and store everything in the aforementioned dat file.
There are more options than µNote, of course. There are check boxes to allow editing and deniable output. You can locate the data file and the standard About section. F1 brings up the Help screen as well.
Information at the bottom of the screen shows the date, time, as well as the characters and line count.
Cobbler does a nice job of using simplicity to store your sensitive data. It is well laid out and very easy to use.
