CloneApp provides easy backup of all your most needed app settings from the registry as well as the Windows directories. The latest Beta can be found here when available.

The idea behind CloneApp is a bit different from the "classic" backup tool. The main purpose of CloneApp is to ONLY backup the configuration files left in Windows program directories and the registry.
