First load up the Windows Registry Editor
Start Menu > Run > Regedit
Then navigate your way to this location
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Main > Windows Title
From the Windows Title Key you can change what MSIE displays in the title bar. Select the key using the right click menu and select the menu option Modify. Enter in your desired name and press OK. Now whenever you open up a MSIE browser window it will display your desired title after the dash.
